Important Note About Scope of Support

The Inner Rise Living approach is an educational and experiential process designed to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth through guided neuro-somatic and contemplative practices.

It is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical care, or any other regulated healthcare service. The process does not provide diagnosis, treat mental or physical health conditions, or replace professional clinical or medical care.

If you are currently working with a therapist, psychologist, physician, or other licensed healthcare professional, the Inner Rise Living approach may serve as a complementary practice alongside your existing care. If you are unsure whether this process is appropriate for your situation, I encourage you to discuss it with your healthcare provider or schedule a complimentary Clarity & Fit Call.
